Turkish Chicken Soup (Tavuk Çorbası)

Ingredients:
- 200 g shredded chicken breast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 15 g SIRRI Chicken Bouillon (for 750 ml broth)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Juice of ½ lemon
Method:
- Heat butter, add onion, carrot, flour.
- Add 750 ml broth made with SIRRI Chicken Bouillon.
- Stir in shredded chicken, simmer 20 min.
- Temper egg yolk with lemon juice and add.
Creamy Turkish Chicken Casserole (Tavuk Güveç)
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 40 min
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 g SIRRI Chicken Bouillon (for 600 ml broth)
- 100 ml cream (optional)
- Fresh parsley
Method:
- Sauté chicken and onion in olive oil until golden.
- Add peppers and tomatoes.
- Pour in 600 ml broth with SIRRI Chicken Bouillon.
- Simmer 25–30 min until tender, add cream at the end if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with bread.


Chicken Börek

Ingredients:
- 300 g shredded chicken
- 200 g spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 g SIRRI Chicken Bouillon (for 300 ml broth)
- 8 sheets yufka (or phyllo)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Method:
- Cook onion, spinach, and chicken in pan.
- Add 300 ml broth with SIRRI Chicken Bouillon, cook until absorbed.
- Fill pastry, roll, brush with egg, and bake 30 min at 180°C.
