Etli Nohut (Turkish Chickpea Stew with Beef)

Ingredients:
- 500g beef cubes
- 250g dried chickpeas (soaked overnight)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, grated
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12g SIRRI Beef Bouillon (for 600ml broth)
- 600ml water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Method:
- Heat olive oil, sauté onion until soft.
- Add beef cubes, brown on all sides.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and grated tomato.
- Add soaked chickpeas, water, and SIRRI Beef Bouillon.
- Simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours until chickpeas and beef are tender.
- Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
Izmir Köfte (Turkish Meatballs in Tomato Sauce)

Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 slice bread, soaked & squeezed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, grated
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 12g SIRRI Beef Bouillon (for 600ml broth)
- 600ml water
Method:
- Mix beef, onion, bread, egg, cumin, paprika, pepper, and salt. Shape into meatballs.
- Lightly fry meatballs and potato slices in olive oil until golden.
- Arrange in a baking dish.
- Mix grated tomato, tomato paste, SIRRI Beef Bouillon, and water into a sauce.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and potatoes.
- Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until cooked through.

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 4 g SIRRI Beef Bouillon (for 200 ml broth)
- 500 g dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Cook beef with onion, tomato, and pepper.
- Add 200 ml broth, simmer until absorbed.
- Spread onto dough, fold edges, bake 20 min at 200°C.
